PRIVATE FACILITY RENTALS
We Are Opening Our Gates to You and Your Dog.
Rent our facility for private, off-leash time with your dog — no surprise encounters, no unknown dogs, just your crew. A safer alternative to the dog park, with vaccination assurance for every dog on the property.
What you can rent:
- Outdoor private run — fully fenced with agility equipment. Fences are 6–8 ft. Dogs can run, explore, sniff, climb and train. Play dates welcome.
- Indoor training room — 1,530 sq ft, perfect for extreme weather, training practice, treadmills and FitPaws equipment.
Good to Know
- Every dog must be up to date on vaccinations, with proof in our system before your first visit.
- Every dog needs a yearly negative fecal test.
- Bordetella is optional.
- Friends joining your booking must also have an account in our system with up-to-date vaccinations.
- We live and work on site — please treat the property with respect. On arrival, check in at reception and our staff will lead you to the fenced area or training room.
- Renting with equipment requires experience using it. If you’re new to the equipment, book a private session with us instead.
- Insurance: rentals booked by Endeavour K9 clients (with an account through our online portal) are covered under our insurance. Third-party professionals and non-clients must carry their own liability insurance and provide a certificate listing Endeavour K9 as additional insured.
Facility Rules
- By appointment only — no drop-ins. Book online or by phone.
- Pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds on cancelled reservations — reservations can be rescheduled instead.
- Dogs and children must be supervised by someone 18 or older at all times.
- Please mind your time — there is a 15-minute gap between bookings. Return to your vehicle promptly so the next group can start on time.
- If the area is occupied when you arrive, please wait — some dogs prefer not to meet others.
- Bring your own toys.
- Dropped treats and snacks are possible in the area — use caution with allergies.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Bring your own water dish — water is available on request.
- Outside the fenced area is not off-leash — keep your dog leashed to and from your vehicle.
- Always latch gates behind you.
- Keep sick dogs home — cough, diarrhea, worms, fleas or any sign of illness.
- Leave the area clean for the next booking — pick up after your dog, including messes others may have missed.
- The indoor area is under video surveillance.
- Our vaccination policy applies indoors and outdoors.
- A $10 potty fee applies in the indoor training hall — please toilet your dog outside first.
- No food or drinks in the park, except water. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Poop ‘n’ scoop is mandatory.
Rental Rates
- Indoor training room — $35 + HST per hour for 1 dog; $10 + HST for each additional dog
- Outdoor private run — $15 + HST per hour for 1 dog; $10 + HST for each additional dog
- Equipment use (treadmill/slatmill, IGP jumps and blinds) — $10 extra; must be approved and you must know how to use the equipment
